With the new Chef’n MeasureUp beaker set, you can measure multiple ingredients using one tool, eliminating the usual array of measuring cups scattered around the counter. The three borosilicate glass beakers — 4-cup, 2-cup, and 4-ounce sizes — each have a sliding band with measurements down to millimeters ($29.95). Use the band to bring the amount back to zero as you add ingredients on top of each other. While not as precise as a scale, the beakers are still useful, and they nest for easy storage. It may be time to clean out all those little measuring cups in the drawer.
