Detectives located evidence that indicated an active and functioning meth lab was in operation

Narcotics detectives with the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office are actively searching for a man, Corey Walker, wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine with intent to deliver, according to a KCSO Facebook post.

A Kitsap County Superior Court warrant was issued May 16 for the arrest of the 30-year-old man. His bail was initially set at $50,000. Investigators served a search warrant May 13 on a fifth-wheel RV trailer, belonging to Walker, in the 5000 block of Glory Lane NW in the Seabeck area.

During the warrant service, detectives located evidence that indicated an active and functioning methamphetamine lab was in operation, to include glass meth sheets, meth manufacturing chemicals, chemistry beakers, Pyrex dishes, tubing materials and personal protective equipment. Also located were scales, drug packaging material and 6.5 cups of liquified meth.

At detectives’ request, investigators with the Washington State Patrol Clandestine Lab Unit responded to the site to further assist with the investigation and dismantle the lab operation. Walker is described as a white male with a height of five feet, eight inches and weighing 150 pounds. Walker has brown hair and hazel eyes and has ties to Bremerton, Seabeck, Silverdale and Belfair.

The last known vehicle that he was driving was a blue 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Persons with any information about Walker should contact Kitsap 911, reference case report K19-004885, or the West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team at 360-337-7064.

Information concerning the whereabouts of Walker may also be passed to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.p3tips.com. Callers remain anonymous.
